What is Network Marketing? Benefits of Network Marketing

Posted by admin | network marketing | Monday 27 June 2011 8:31 pm

Just what is Network Marketing? It is a form of franchising based on word-of-mouth advertising. Imagine this: you see an extremely good movie. It is only natural for you to tell your friends and family about it. However, you are not paid for your efforts. Network Marketing is founded on a similar concept: if you like a particular product, you will tell your friends and family about it.

Now, why do we say that Network Marketing is a People’s Franchise. A franchise concept gives us the opportunity to own and run a business because the system is easily duplicable and is a very successful way to start up our own business. The Network Marketing system is being duplicated through people and therefore, is known as a People’s Franchise. The best part of this is, it is proven to provide a very lucrative source of income.

Let’s look back at some of the concerns raised by running your own business and see how Network Marketing addresses these concerns.

CAPITAL

A traditional franchise normally requires high capital investment to buy the franchise, right? While we may say that the concept of franchising is great, statistics show that 33% of franchises can only break even after 5 years. Only 33% will make it in the traditional franchise. It requires almost 50-70 hours per week to manage the franchise. You will probably need 3-5 years to get back your returns because the average franchise fee is $50,000 with an average royalty payout of 5%.

In comparison, Network Marketing’s capital investment is minimal. Its low capital investment makes it an extremely attractive option as it is now possible for almost anyone to get involved at any time. A very good example is Synaura International, which provides a 100% No Risk Policy to people who decided to participate in the network marketing business. No sign-up fees to start the Synaura business.

RISK

The risk factor becomes almost non-existent because of the low capital investment required. The system has been proven by people who have ventured into the business. Therefore, your time investment will eventually generate the returns. The returns of the business are almost infinite – you can reap high returns in minimal time as you are now earning multiplex and residual sources of income.

Most of all, Network Marketing allows the business owner to have personal time freedom eventually because the business will eventually run by itself. This is possible as long as you put in effort to build a sizeable network. After a certain amount of time, you may find yourself enjoying a paycheck every month even as your level of activity gradually lessens.

Network Marketing will truly help to leverage time with both its residual and multiplex sources of income. You, like millions of others, can one day achieve true wealth with Network Marketing.

Now that I have explained how you can leverage your time for creating wealth, your next question is when do you start? Even as you are still deciding, the clock is ticking. Time is running out.

If you live to be 70 and you are now 35 years of age, you only have about 12,000 days left to create wealth (bear in mind that you spend one third of your time sleeping!). You will find that you do not have much time left. If you are thinking of creating wealth for your retirement or before you even reach retirement, then you have to start NOW. If NOW is not the time to start creating wealth, then WHEN?

Mark Fisher, author of “The Millionaire’s Secret” says, “People’s greatest mistake is thinking that they have all the time in the world to do what is important”. Do not make this mistake yourself.

Building Your MLM Business – 7 Things You Should Avoid

Posted by admin | mlm business | Sunday 26 June 2011 12:23 am

When it comes to Network Marketing, many people who join a company and try to build their organization are doing some common mistakes. Mistakes that are going to cost them a lot in lost time and cause them frustration and disappointment. Avoid doing them and your chances for success improves dramatically. Now you are on the right path to achieve financial freedom. So learn what you should avoid doing at all costs.

1. Don’t try to do your own thing.

Most of the new distributors have the mentality that they know already everything they need. So they go out trying to do things their own way. They thing their way, if not perfect, is better anyway from what others do. Whatever they might think, of course, isn’t necessarily true. Knowledge and opinion are different things that usually don’t coincide. It is better for you to take advice from your sponsor and study the company’s manuals that pinpoint the best approach to running your business. What they teach you is not opinion but hard facts as they have tested these things trying to find out what works best.

2. Don’t skip the training program.

Companies have every incentive to teach and educate their distributors on how to grow their organization and build the foundations of their business. To accomplish that, they organize seminars or they are doing conference calls. Such events, if not free, they usually require a relative small amount of money. Finding excuses to avoid them don’t serve you at all as you hinder your chances for success. The things they teach there, albeit very basic, are the essentials and are tailored for new and inexperienced members like you. Also, it’s certain that your sponsor and the rest of the team are monitoring whether you participate in the events or not. For them is the best way to see who are really serious in building their business and are prepared to do whatever it takes.

3. Don’t sit and do nothing.

Multilevel marketing may be the best business model suited for inexperienced people, but that doesn’t imply that it’s automatic. Sit and watch it grow, won’t do you any good. Your downline doesn’t duplicate on its own. Your sales volume doesn’t increase with wishful thinking. You should start working if you want a thriving organization that would provide you the kind of income that you desire.

4. Don’t believe that you know everything.

It’s a trap that a lot of people fall in. They start learning new things, they acquire new skills, they start getting good at what they are doing and before they realize it, it’s happening. They believe they are the best. They are on the top. They differ from the ignorant masses out there destined to fail. They now know all the secrets. Nothing can move them from their throne. So they stop reading, they stop learning and they rest on their laurels. But the hubris get punished. Time passes and things change. Whatever they knew is obsolete now. They fall to the bottom and they now have to struggle again to return to their previous glory.

Every successful entrepreneur knows that education is an ongoing process. And they don’t just know it, the practice it everyday. They are always trying to learn new things and improve themselves. Knowledge is their journey not their destination.

5. Don’t try to build your business for free.

I know that you are aware of the adage “you get what you pay for”. Although it’s not an absolute axiom when you try to grow your business, as there are many free methods that can get you excellent results, it holds true in most cases. You must learn to master the art of wise spending and practice it when you draw up your budget. Free also has its place but you should calculate what it costs you in time in order to take better decisions.

6. Don’t talk constantly about the product.

You are a marketer and not a salesman. As Robert Kiyosaki the author of “Rich Dad” series is saying McDonald’s don’t serve the best hamburger but they are making billions. Marketing isn’t about the product but about the whole experience and begins before someone decides that it needs a product similar with the one you sell. That doesn’t mean that you could sell garbage, of course, but just don’t make the product the focal point of your business.

7. Stop chasing everyone.

90% of the population is not interested in your business. They won’t even want to listen to you, much more becoming distributors. Why lose your time and your sanity trying to prove the opposite. You would only get disappointed and frustrated if you follow that route. Your business is to reach those really interested in what you have to offer. You should set up a system in order to make that happen. A system that can also help you to separate those who really can make a difference and help you grow your organization. You want the best of the best. Those truly passionate in succeeding who are ready to do whatever it takes to get where they desire.

There is nothing more vital for your business than an exceptional marketing campaign. The success of your business depends on it. When the product or service that you are offering is queried on a search engine, what comes up? Are you the headliner? You must strive to be the first, and most conveniently accessed resource to ensure exposure to the highest number of potential customers so that your business can thrive.

It starts with a strategy: Search Engine Marketing. Search Engine Marketing is a form of internet marketing that is used to promote a website resulting in highly visible and accessible ranks on the major search engines including Google, Yahoo and Bing. This type of internet marketing is done using two primary methods: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay per Click (PPC).

SEO is the process of improving website visibility on the search engines for priority organic search results. Successful organic SEO listings are generally the top 10 results and represent the 10 most relevant pages found for the keyword being searched. The high listings are organic in the sense that they earned the priority positioning through “natural” means and no money was paid to the search engines for the spot.

PPC is slightly different from SEO in that it is an internet advertising model used on websites. With PPC advertisers pay the search engine when the ad is clicked. Advertisers bid on keyword phrases relevant to their target market in hopes of driving in heavy site traffic. There are content sites that commonly charge a fixed price per click as opposed to using the bidding system. Successful PPC management produces sponsored ads while SEO produces high organic listings.
